The Company's management team changed considerably at the end of 2008. Three new board members joined the team and two old board members resigned.  Gerard Nealon (previously non-executive director) took over as Chairman and Johan Meyer (newly appointed director) was appointed Managing Director.

The Board's primary aim is to add to shareholder value by developing minerals projects.  The Company is currently focusing on prospects in South Africa and the new board members have a breadth of relevant experience in this area.  The new Managing Director is resident in South Africa and well placed to give immediate attention to business issues.

The new Board took over the administration of the Company's Website on 7th May 2009.  For several months thereafter it will be work in progress.  Please refer to the ASX Website www.asx.com.au for up to date current information and archived historical reports on the Company.
